Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh Nagar, November 24 : On the second day of its 1st All India Party Conference, the Revolutionary Marxist Party of India adopts its perspective tactical line, called programme of the party, introduced by Harkanwal Singh, CC member. 21 delegates participated in the day long discussion on the draft, which was circulated in advance to the lower party committees for deep delebrations inside the party, as a whole.
The programme
underlines the importance of extra parliamentary struggle, along with
parliamentary work, for the development of a militant mass movement capable
enough for the redressal of acute problems being faced by all the sections of
toiling masses all over the country. It also underlines the importance of eradication
of obnoxious cast system as well as gender based oppression on women for unleashing
the full potentials of socio-economic development in India. The programme
highlights the centuries old scourge of cast system as ‘Most dehumanizing’
aspect of Indian society, created by Manuwadi-Brahmnical order which is not
only a source of cruel exploitation of the oppressed caste, but also a strong
stigma for there humiliation.’
The
adopted programme also points the fact that the bourgeoisie-landlord rulers has
further strengthed the patriarchal order
of discrimination with the women and they are now victims of trilateral
exploitation-as women, as Indian citizens and as workers and degenerated
culture being imported from the imperial world is daily adding the atrocities upon
the women.
The party
document underlines the growing violations of secularist and democratic norms
and forms of the Indian constitution, because of the offensive let loose by
Modi Government under the dictates of RSS.
The Programme details the important feature of
the People’s Democratic Revolution, the party has set its immidiate aim for
advancement toward socialism, and has noted the urgent need of developing a
People’s Democratic Front based on worker-peasant alliance led by working
class. The party also aims at building a militant mass Revolutionary Party capable
of uniting all the left-democratic and progressive patriotic forces for the
realization of revolutionary social transformation
