The Political Resolution was adopted unanimously after constructive debates

            Imperialist globalization is a modern form of capital loot.  It is a tool to befool the people all over the world and must be broken as soon as possible.  Only the left forces are capable to fulfill this task and the RMPI will try its best towards this direction. This was stated by Com. Mangat Ram Pasla, General Secretary, RMPI here while presenting the draft political resolution in the 1^st All India Party Conference of RMPI.

            Com. Pasla further stated that this imperialist globalization is a biggest fraud which must has to be understand wisely and properly. If it would be a real globalization then the US President Donald Trump had not stated that “America 1st.”  Why US administration is imposing ban on the entry of migrants from other parts of world. Com. Pasla strongly said that only the socialist system can solve the problems of masses especially those of the toiling people. He said that capitalist system is meant only for the exploitation of people.  The Communist leader said that the capitalist system is full of internal contradictions & crisis and the economic recession of 2008 proved this fact.  Contrary to this, the socialist systems despite all the attacks from imperialists are marching ahead firmly and solving the basic problems of toiling masses very well.   The all round development of Peoples’ Republic of China and the advancement of Cuba, despite hurdles created by the US led imperialist block, proves this fact. 

            The Political Resolution elaborated that world economic crisis has affected India also badly.  No sector of Indian economy is spared of this crisis.   The economic crisis which was the outcome of the system adopted by the ruling classes in India now has been converted into political crisis.  People are fed up with this situation. They hate the immoral character of the leaders of all political parties serving the present ruling nexus.  They are striving for a better pro-people socio-political ruling system.   This situation demands the proper and effective intervention of left and democratic forces so that the people may not be mislead by the reactionary, fascist and divisive ruling system.  Political Resolution also noted that the left in India at present is too weak and divided to undertake this gigantic task. Since long, the political left, here, stands badly divided over some theoretical-political issues and some of its sections have also fallen prey to the deviation from the correct and scientific Marxist-Leninist path for social transformation. A big section of the left is tailing behind the bourgeoisie parties and some others are sick of sectarian adventurism. In this situation, the RMPI has to  take the challenge of uniting all the left, democratic, patriotic and progressive forces to achieve the goal of social-transformation in favour of down-trodden.

            Com. Pasla made a scathing attack on the Modi regime and said it worries more about the imperialist countries, MNCs and Corporate Houses instead of the people of the country.  The demonetization has proved to be a exercise in futility which has only added to the miseries of the masses.  He said that GST is an ugly form of the loot of masses by the Government.  People already dyeing under the burden of taxes will be burdened further.  In this manner, people are paying heavily because of the tri-fold loot of capitalists, monopolist and administration.  RMPI affirmed its will to fight against these evils as its priorities.

Com.Kavita Krishnan, Member Polit Bureau, CPI (ML-Liberation) greeted the Conference of RMPI on behalf of the Central Committee of her party. She said that the intensity, continuity, commitment and zeal during the struggles which RMPI and Liberation are launching for the well-being and dignity of the working class provide the strong base for unity in action between both the parties.
